Payment & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and as fair as possible:
- Before April 30, 2026: Full refund.
- Changes May 1–22, 2026: 50% refund.
- After May 23, 2026: Registrations are final.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and time-stamped by the relevant deadline. You can email your cancellation to admin@orvietomusica.org.
