Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and as fair as possible:
- If you cancel on or before March 15: Your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel between March 16 and May 1: You will forfeit either 50% of the total amount paid or your full deposit, whichever is greater.
- If you cancel on or after May 2: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds as housing will already be reserved.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and time-stamped by the relevant deadline. You can email your cancellation to admin@orvietomusica.org.
Please note: Orvieto Musica cannot refund costs related to travel, accommodations booked outside of our program, or any other third-party expenses. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events.
