The Venue
Sessions will be held at the Sala Expo within the historic Palazzo del Popolo — (The Pope’s Palace) restored medieval architecture with modern facilities situated on an Etruscan temple.
Accommodations
Our recommended guide is available upon registration. Mention Orvieto Musica and you will receive our discounted rates. Hotels include Grand Hotel Italia, Hotel Palazzo Piccolomini, Hotel Maitani.

Orvieto is approximately 2 hours north of Rome.
- Airports: Rome Fiumicino (FCO)
- Shuttles: Complimentary group transfer on June 21.
- Train: FCO to Rome for direct connections to Orvieto.

$1500 USD before May 8, 2026. $1900 USD full rate.
Registration fees may be paid in USD, AUD, or EUR.

La Dolce Vita Add-On
Guests of Summit participants are invited to join the La Dolce Vita Cultural Immersion Program at a preferred rate. Typically offered at $1,600 for individual bookings, this experience is extended to Summit guests at a specially reduced fee.
3-Day Experience: $300 USD
5-Day Experience: $500 USD
To participate, guests should complete the La Dolce Vita Guest Registration Form, after which our team will coordinate all arrangements directly.
Payments can be completed via the Summit Payment Hub.
Payment Policy
- If you cancel on or before April 30, 2026: Your registration fee will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel between May 1 and May 22, 2026: You will forfeit 50% of your registration fee.
- If you cancel on or after May 23, 2026: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds.
