For five beautifully paced days, Monday to Friday simply meet your La Dolce Vita guide and let Orvieto unfold: survival Italian over coffee, extraordinary churches and hidden histories, hand-painted ceramics, Umbrian wines, a long table and a memorable meal, Lake Bolsena—and the pleasure of discovering a city largely on foot.
We arrange the reservations, tickets and itinerary. You bring your curiosity.

On Sunday morning, the Orvieto Musica transfer departs for Rome Fiumicino Airport at 8:30 am, allowing guests to plan afternoon departures from FCO.

Guests of Orvieto Musica participants, faculty, and special programs may add the complete five-day La Dolce Vita cultural immersion to their existing OM guest arrangements at our preferred guest rate.

Exclusively for Orvieto Leadership Summit participants and guests.
Bring your partner, family or guests to Orvieto and share a meaningful way to experience Orvieto’s distinct food, art, history, architecture, and daily life beyond the music. For OLS participants who make their own accommodation and travel arrangements, La Dolce Vita experiences may be added separately at a simple Summit rate:

Your Home in Orvieto
Stay in a carefully selected apartment in Orvieto’s historic center, chosen for comfort, character, and walkability. Double-occupancy accommodation is ideal for guests joining a participant or faculty member, while private options are available for solo travelers. Dolce Vita Lux accommodations offer an elevated level of space and comfort.
Personal Guidance
From registration through departure, our La Dolce Vita coordinator, Cynthia Carr, is available to help with questions, planning, and the details that make your stay feel effortless.
Rome–Orvieto Transfers
Scheduled roundtrip transportation between Rome Fiumicino Airport and Orvieto is included for Orvieto Musica guests. Private car service may also be arranged at additional cost.
The Table in Orvieto
Begin each morning with breakfast at the Caffè, then enjoy one main meal each day at a selection of local restaurants. It is an invitation to discover Umbrian life through one of its great pleasures: the table.
Music at the Heart of the Festival
Enjoy access to Orvieto Musica concerts and masterclasses throughout your stay. Join as much—or as little—as you wish, allowing each day to find its own rhythm.
Culture, Craft & Taste
Discover Orvieto through curated wine tastings, guided visits, artisan workshops, and encounters with local traditions—including medieval tile painting with Orvieto artists.
A Day at Lake Bolsena
Travel to Lake Bolsena for a day of history, landscape, and unhurried pleasure: explore the town, discover its sacred and ancient sites, and linger over lunch beside the water.
Airfare and other air travel expenses are not included.

Step 2: Confirm Your Accomodation
Requested by January 21
Secure your accommodations by submitting the housing deposit via out Payment Hub.
Step 3: Complete Your Registration
Due by March 1
Submit your remaining balance through the Payment Hub.
Step 4: Share Your Travel Details
Due by May 1
Send us your flight information so we can prepare for your arrival and coordinate transportation to Orvieto.
