Your guest fees include:

Apartment in Orvieto
Stay in a thoughtfully appointed apartment within Orvieto’s historic center—steps from charming cafés, cultural landmarks, and concert venues. Accommodations are priced per person, in keeping with Italian hospitality standards. Choose a shared, double-occupancy apartment if traveling with a participant or faculty member, or opt for a private single apartment for additional space and independence. For families or small groups, larger apartments with kitchens may be arranged—please indicate the number of guests when inquiring.

Transportation
Group transportation from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is included on designated arrival dates (June 14 or June 21, 2026), with return transfer provided at the end of your stay (excluding TrumpetFest Guests). A private airport transfer may also be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Daily Dining
Begin your mornings with breakfast at Caffé del Corso and enjoy one main meal daily at a curated selection of local restaurants—offering an authentic taste of Orvieto’s celebrated culinary scene.

Cultural Access
Guests are invited to attend Orvieto Musica’s daily concerts and masterclasses, as well as enjoy a day excursion to Lake Bolsena—Europe’s largest volcanic lake, known for its serene waters and rich history.
